When this join is not functioning properly due to misalignment, inflammation, or other reasons, it can result in jaw and neck pain, clicking or popping in the joint, trouble chewing, headaches, earaches, and, in severe cases, the jaw can become stuck or locked in position.

Massage Therapy is a minimally invasive, effective and efficient treatment for TMJ pain and disorders. Using various manual therapies, our highly trained clinicians can reduce pain and resolve disfunction in the jaw and its associated muscles.

Our approach includes a combination of education, manual therapies, exercises, and stretches. Your therapist will provide you with relief from symptoms, as well as equip you with techniques you can use to manage your symptoms at home. This results in faster recovery, with less in-clinic sessions.

There is no such thing as a perfect arch or a perfect stride, there is only your arch and your stride. The goal of our orthotics is not to change your foot or how you walk, it is to support your foot in whatever position is natural for you. This will allow for a reduction in any discomfort you have while being on your feet.

Our custom orthotics should create the most comfortable footwear you own. From the moment you step onto the orthotic, you should notice an improvement in balance and stability and likely a decrease in discomfort.

*Some insurance plans require orthotics to be created by a podiatrist in order to cover the product. Energize Health orthotics are created by a registered massage therapist with advanced training in orthotic production.
