Vestibular rehabilitation is the assessment and treatment of conditions related to the vestibular system. Your first appointment will include a detailed vestibular assessment using Infrared Video Goggles performed by the physiotherapist to determine the most likely cause of your symptoms. Dr. Caitlyn Cameron started her post-secondary education at the University of Alberta, completing a Bachelor of Science in Honours Physiology. During that program she became fascinated with the human body and decided to pursue a career in Chiropractic. Dr. Cameron then moved to Portland, Oregon where she attended the University of Western States, completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and graduated summa cum laude with a Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Since starting her chiropractic practice in 2014, Dr. Cameron has been passionate about helping individuals feel their best. Dr. Avni Harit earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland Oregon, graduating with honors in 2015. Prior to this, she earned her BSc. in Life Science from the University of British Columbia in 2011. Krispin entered the health and wellness industry from the hospitality industry.  His decision stemmed from a desire to learn more about human physiology and utilize that knowledge to help people resolve pain, heal from injuries, and get back to the activities they love most.

Krispin undertook an intensive 2 year program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.  Through this program, he acquired knowledge of human musculoskeletal systems, nervous system functionality, cardiovascular functionality, and the massage skills and techniques that have been developed, perfected, and used by massage practitioners for generations.  After graduating with honours, he wrote and passed the board exam in British Columbia to become registered as a RMT.  Krispin relocated to Alberta and continues to assist clients in recovering from injuries and resolving pain caused by a wide variety of health conditions/ concerns.

Erin loves a good mystery. It was this interest in problem solving that lead her to a career where she was able to both help people and solve the mysteries of their pain and health concerns.

After completing her 2200 hour massage therapy program in 2017, Erin successfully completed the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program at the Canadian Institute for Chinese Medicine. Dually registered, Erin is able to combine both the western, orthopedic approach of massage therapy and the eastern traditional approach of Chinese medicine to her treatments. Matt has always had a keen interest in physical function and athletics. Born and raised in Calgary, he was involved in elite level sports from a young age. These experiences helped develop Matt’s interest in the human body and how it functions and moves.

Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Matt worked as a Primary Care Paramedic for several years. His experience helping people in this capacity gave him a greater appreciation of the complexity of the body and helped guide his career path to massage therapy.

As a graduate of Mount Royal University’s massage therapy program, Matt employs an active approach in his practice. The combination of his athletic and healthcare backgrounds have allowed him to see and experience the benefits of movement-based, active treatment, first-hand. Energize Health has been Josh’s dream for the past 15 years. Passionate about helping people with their physical health, he had always wanted a cutting edge, multi-disciplinary clinic that put the patients and their results first.

After gaining over 10 years experience in massage therapy, rehabilitation and healthcare, Josh, along with his wife Lisa, decided it was time to open Energize Health.

During his career, Josh has worked as the trainer for various college and university level sports teams, a therapist for CFL, NHL and Olympic athletes, and has worked extensively with patients who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents.

Josh is certified in kinesiology taping, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, Graston Technique and vacutherapy (cupping), and most recently, custom foot orthotics.

Along with his busy clinical practice, Josh is a board member with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta and is passionate about furthering the massage therapy profession. He served as the instructor of Orthopedic Assessment for the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy – Calgary, from 2008-2011. He holds certifications as a personal trainer and is a former Emergency Medical Responder.

He has a passion for learning as he is currently working on obtaining his PhD in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary with a focus on ACL injury prevention in varsity university athletes. 

Reid is an active individual with a passion for hiking, snowboarding, and trail running. He has a special interest for working with youth athletes and helping them return to game play as quickly and safely as possible. 

Reid is dedicated to developing a plan for each patient to overcome the current health and fitness challenges they are facing and to also prevent injury in the future.

Dr. Jenna began her education at Western, University in London, Ontario where she completed an honours degree in Medical Science and Biology. From there she attended the Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) and McMaster University receiving both her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Certification in Neurofunctional Acupuncture.

Treatments with Dr. Jenna are individualized and carefully constructed based on her patient’s needs and goals. She has been trained in diversified chiropractic technique of both spinal and extremity adjusting, low force mobilization, activator and drop table adjusting, and soft tissue techniques including myofascial release and instrument-assisted work. In addition to this, her certification in neurofunctional acupuncture allows her to use different needling techniques to effectively reduce pain, decrease muscle hypertonicity, promote tissue healing and enhance performance.

Dr. Jenna has a strong interest in sports and active living that began in her youth playing many sports and being a part of the Canadian national training program of soccer. Along with this passion for sports and sports injury, Dr. Jenna has special interest in nutrition and working with the pediatric and pregnant population.

Dr. Jenna is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their health goals as well as empowering them to be active participants in their care.
